BackItUpOnline's Remote Support Option allows our support technicians to work directly with you on your computer to solve problems FAST ! Using the latest Secure Remote Control technology our support technicians can work on your computer while they are talking to you on the phone, just as if they were sitting at the machine with you. BackItUpOnline Remote Support Option is secure and safe. It puts you in control, allowing you to open a temporary connection to our helpdesk. You initiate the connection, and you close the connection when your issue is resolved. It does not provide permanent access to us or anybody else.
